Here I am going to tell you that how you can connect CLI with your switch. For this you will need Windows XP computer with 9 pin serial port and HP ProCurve console cable.

First of all connect one end of console cable to 9 pin connector on the computer and connect the other end of this cable into the serial console port. On the computers desktop Click START button, then RUN then type HYPERTRM, press ENTER key and a program will appear. Now you need to type HP 2520 in Hyper terminal window, Press ENTER, click CONNECT USING, select COM PORT to connect computer press ENTER KEY, select the BIYS PER SECOND. 

Now you need to click FLOW CONTROL and click Xoff/Xon.
